WHO CAN USE A USO CENTER? The USO welcomes “USO Eligible Guests” including: Occasionally, veterans or military retirees contact us to tell us they couldn’t get into a USO airport lounge because they didn’t have an active military ID card.
Are airport USO only for active duty?
Per USO charter, we must allow all Active/Guard/Reserve military and their immediate dependents into the USO. However, it is a privilege to use the USO not a military benefit. Our limited resources cannot provide for the thousands of veterans who travel through the airport.
